IKKU BURMA COLLECTION
Amsterdam based brand Ikku creates future friendly accessories for your laptop and i-devices.
This special collection combines recycled denim and organic cotton canvas with hand-woven fabrics from Burma.
The subtle way the ethnic Burmese fabrics are combined with the clean recycled denim and canvas fabrics, matches
the sophisticated and simple design Ikku is known for.
This combination of fabrics, patterns and colours follow Ikku’s quality-focussed, future-friendly way of working. ‘While travelling in Burma, we were drawn into this small weavery by bright coloured patterns. After discovering the pride and craftmanship the Burmese weavers put into their work, we decided to use these fabrics for this special collection’, says Daniel Archutowski, Ikku’s co-founder and designer.
